Agentic software development training
I deliver agentic software development training with ObviousWorks, helping development teams integrate coding agents into their day-to-day work. This is an ongoing collaboration, spanning past and future training engagements.

Context
I collaborate with ObviousWorks on an ongoing basis to deliver agentic software development training. I am listed on the team under Agentic Engineering Enablement. I help development teams put coding agents into practice and will continue this training work with ObviousWorks.
02 / Requirements
Requirements
Make the approach useful for both new applications and existing code, with permissions that participants can reason about.
03 / Implementation
Implementation
One example from our work together is a two-day intensive workshop for an international development team. Day one used Claude Code to move from an idea to a running application; day two applied the approach to an existing codebase.
My contributions have included a talk and live demonstration on context engineering, deep modules and MODULE.md files as local project context. I prepared guidance on permissions and documented a six-layer agentic harness covering governance through journaling. During the practical sessions, I worked with participants on their own projects and tickets.
04 / Outcome and project status
Outcome and project status
The collaboration with ObviousWorks is ongoing and will continue with future training engagements. Previous sessions combined live demonstrations with work on participants’ projects and tickets, supported by permission guidance and a documented six-layer agentic harness.
